They came from everywhere … to wish me well.

And I appreciate it very much. I have written before about the fact that, to me, it is we who are the Hands of God in Creation. My current health situation has brought that home to me anew.

There are those who criticize this emerging medium. But where else would I receive prayers and well wishes from people as far and wide as England, Ethiopia and Australia? And from people whose physical presence I’ve never been in, and very likely shall never be.

I am happy to be able to say that I am in the midst of the second round of treatments and have felt very few side effects beyond a tiredness that limits what I do. I am quite confident that, with the excellent care of the medical team here, and your wonderful supporting thoughts and prayers, that I shall weather this little storm and have many more years to harangue and harass, encourage and empower, the faithful.
